Starting with bodyweight, then advancing to tennis specific weight training,
this challenging fitness class is perfect for people of all athletic abilities
that are willing to push themselves to be better!
Instructor: Myles Tiffany
Fitness Trainer and Tennis Coach: American Council of Exercise certified. PTR certified. Onnit Fitness Academy Foundations certified. Focusing on building strong, stable and durable athletes through tennis specific workouts that revolve around bodyweight exercises as well as strength training using kettlebells, steel clubs and maces. Worked alongside the University of Washington tennis program and other tennis clubs in the PNW. Also, previously trained in Eastern Tennessee before moving West. Well versed in the demands that sports ask of athletes’ bodies. Myles competed in tennis(15yrs), wrestling(13yrs), soccer(10yrs), lacrosse(4yrs) and basketball(3yrs). Still an active athlete himself, Myles’ goal is to make sure everyone that trains with him gets physically healthier, technically better, and is able to play whatever sport they fancy for as long as possible.
